Absolutely pathetic service.. Dropping calls on you.. Not professional at all for a corporate firm like Telkom.. I cancelled my line in march still u bill me every month.. I want a refund and everything to be cancelled.. Also everyone I spoke to, to draft an apology letter for the and the arrogant way they speak to people!!!
I messaged Telkom on Facebook and they said it was resolved, and in the same sentence they ask for the number??? So what did you resolve!???!!? No one from Telkom has phoned me back!!
