Deposit not refunded after 2 weeks

I rented a car from first car rental on the 22 January 2013 from O R Tambo airport and returned the car the 23 January 2013. When I signed the contract I was told that the deposit will be put on hold and release after 7 days. The deposit was deducted from my account and not put on hold as I was informed. After 7 days the refund was still outstanding. I phone the branch and they said that they submitted my details to the head office and they will send me the invoice the same day. I am still waiting for the invoice from them. On the 1 February I phoned the call center in regards to my deposit. They said that it will be in my account by the 05/02/13 and will forward the invoice, that happened. On the 05/02/13 I phoned the call center again because the deposit is still not refunded. They told me that the refund was submitted on the 04/02/13. It will take 2 to 3 days. It has been 2 weeks since I rented the car and is still waiting for the refund. I lost the interest on the deposit. I am really disappointed in the service and will not use First car rental again. I would like the interest on the refunded amount for the days exceeding the promised refunded period.
