After 2weeks waiting for my handset to be repaired it was sent back to me and still faulty .all Vodacom says is bring it back so that it can be sentback for repairs again.the service is beyond pathetic.call your repairs centre in pe and spoke to shane and I asked for a loan battery in order to see if it the battery or handset .shane was willing to loan me one but it was the battery I would have to purchase a new one .sometginh I wouldn't do as it was a brand new sealed unit received from Vodacom so too long ago, going to greenacres repairs and being helped by shadley sorted my problem out, I was giving a loan battery and shadley came to my home to deliver a battery for me, I feel he went more than the extra mile and it people like this that Vodacom need .how does a qualified technician not notice that the handset switches off within 5minutes, thank you shadley .u saved me from having to send my handset in to incompetent technicians again.vodacom needs to checks phones properly before giving it back to client!!!
