Although I was not happy at all with Vodacom in general, Shadley really gave me very good service and tried his utter best to keep me happy. He email, phoned and negotiated with his manager as well as Johannesburg to try and get me a new phone. He couldn't succeed but really tried his best and kept me updated on the progress all the time. Shadley is really an assit to any company
