POOR SERVICE

Our company has been with Mweb for many years operating a 5gb capped service which has become inadequate for our growing business and costing us a small fortune in purchasing boosters every month. So we were to glad to have a Mweb sales rep call on us and sell us a 30gb capped service for a fraction of the cost we are currently spending. All forms were completed and forwarded. Numerous emails and telephone calls after three weeks of waiting to see when this will be done only to get an abrupt email from the sales consultant stating that because our 5gb with Mweb is so old it cannnot be upgraded- HOW ABSURD. Trying calling MWeb centre again today to complain- no response- Left message on MWEB internet site to call back- NO RESPONSE- what kind of service is this!!!
