Very poor service

I received my handset without back cover and battery that was in for repairs today 11/01/2014 after is was initially handed in for repairs under warranty on December 6, 2013. The battery could not charge. I had to buy a cover for R349.00. The battery still don't charge. I must pay R170.00 per month for a handset that does not work. I am a very long loyal customer at approximately R2000.00 per month and it seems Vodacom does not care. I plan not to renew any of my contracts and will phase them out as expiry dates come
