Blayne Thorne of Vodacom called after report and had my phone connected within hours.
We met on 14th October. It was agreed to credit me as per the stores written comittment and Bongi's arrangement. i was to get R600 from the store end Sept all other amounts I laid out for PAY AS YOU GO.
There was still a credit due from 28th Aug for double connection fees BIS. Blayne requested a report on the the activities of my 2 Vodacom cells to assess usage.
We agreed i would receive a refund rather than credit. & also that the disciplinary measures against Bongi and Norman would be in house. Id seen an email to Blayne from Bongi admitting despite my instructions not to reinstate the contract, she and Norman decided to anyhow..Balyne said my refund would take 7-14 working days but he was trying to speed things up. After 15days I emailed him and gave 48hours for refund to be effected. Then 3 days later I received an sms from vodacom a credit for - R790ex vat, had been passed. he offered me 3 months free contract as compensation.. i lost remaining talk time, data and smses for 17days in Sept 9 days in Oct.. Now NO REFUND, ILLEGAL CONTRACT & COMPENSATION PATHETIC AFTER LOSING JOBS
