Im so upset with iburst... i sent numerous emails to get assistance where upon my router that im hiring from them needs to be assessed and fixed... i sent about 9 requests to get a call back, after my last complaint they phoned me and said i need to drive from where i stay in roodepoort all the way to brianston where upon they will "see" if they can fix the problem then i must drive back to pick up the router, where must i get time for this and the money, they said they will assist so that i can use the modem on my pc, its 2 months now, im still waiting, in total it has now been 4 months where upon i paid for something i can not use... the attitude of the consultants stink as well as the business practices... i wish to cancel my subscription with iburst IMMEDIATELY!!!
