We "forgot" to activate

On 1st november i walked into the vodashop in moffat on main and requested the reactivation of the micro sim on my data contract. The systems were down apparently that afternoon, so the lady still called me later that day to say the request had gone through. I called on the 3rd november to say the sim was still not activated. I was told the technical team would activate. I went to jhb for business whole of last week with a borrowed microsim. I called today at 10.14 and after waiting over 16 minutes was told the sim would activate within 2 hours today as somebody had "forgotten" to activate over a week ago. So, i just tried sim and still nothing... fantastic service to tell my friends and work contacts about. What a joke... over 10 days and still no activation... well done team.
