Activated my account without my consent

I deactivated my account on the 22 November 2012 because I was relocating. The agent at DSTV said he will give me a call to see if I am ready to activate. He called me and I told him I am not ready and I will call them when I am activated. I deposited R260 on the 23 of December to have funds in my account when I activate it in January. On the 19 of January I called DSTV to activate my account and they told me it had been activated in December and I owe an activation fee. According to what the first guy told me you do not pay an activation fee if you deactivate your without any arrears. I have never defaulted DSTV and now they want to charge me for a service I never used. I called in for assistance and was given this reference 119683658. Now I keep getting sms' that I owe guys please sort out this mess because its getting to me. I have never defaulted on my account and followed all the correct processes to get the account deactivated. This is just not on. BAD, BAD BAD SERVICE
