Cancelling Get it since 2012

I have been trying since 2012 to cancel this get it till now I'm failing. Firstly this Get it was signed without my consent. The call centre agent spoke to the user of the phone (who is not contract holder) signed and billed me without my consent. I have been trying to get it cancelled and to no avail. In Sept I was told it has been cancelled so obviously did not pay for it. Now and I get threatening smses that if I don't pay for the R30 I my phone will be cut. On the 9th of October I spoke to Sipho who promised that he will call this getit and have it cancelled. This feels like I'm being cheated by getit and Cell c. First for billing me for something that was agreed on with someone who is not the contrct holder, not me a third party and I have to pay? DAYLIGHT IF U ASKED ANY LAWYER. Secondly I have tried. To cancel to no avail. PLEASE CANCEL GET IT AND STOP SENDING ME SMSES FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT WANT AND WILL NOT PAY FOR ANYMORE. I ALSO WANT MY REFUND FOR ALL THE MONTHS I HAVE PAID. AND MY PHONE SHOULD NOT BE CUT OVER SERVICES I DO NOT REQUIRE AND DID NOT AGREE TO
