LINE SUSPENDED DUE TO ERROR AT CELL C

I am so tired of having problems with Cell C and I try to get it resolved directly with them, but find I have to go to extreme measures to get something done. My line has been suspended as they say it is in arrears, however I have been billed incorreclty since July. I had signed up for Cell C get it and cancelled this in July. As per the system it had been cancelled and then just reactivated. I requested from Keagan (at cell c getit) last week that this be reversed and he agreed to have it done. Nothing has been done and those credits are not reflecting and Cell C is still looking the balance including the Get it charges and telling me my account is in arrears and suspending my line at a time I need it much, with a family member gravely ill in hospital, unable to use my cellphone banking. Sies, Cell C, I called you call centre more than once to try to get this sorted, but nobody really cares do they?
