Got conned into false advertizing

Left my previous provider looking for a better monthly charges.
purchased was a Samsung S3 mini
I use my bbm as a main form of communication and not for childlike messaging this is for business appointments and communication ect..
please note on Samsung's adverts HOW CLEARLY THE BBM APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE!!!
speaking to the sales people "no problem download the application and your on your way"!!!
day 2 of contract bbm frozen go back to Cell C pavilion sales representative erases current application and re installs it.
day 3 bbm freezes call Cell C agent talks me through a setting on the phone.
day 4 bbm freezes re call Cell C have frustrating news told to me that this is a common problem with the application I need be patient..
day 5 and 6 bbm starts working perfectly by it self.
day 7 and 8 bbm frozen by this time im beyond frustrated as its causing a serious problem with communicating times for important meetings im to attend .call customer care and request cancelation on my contract my reply its not their problem bbm app is a third party function. WHAT IS THAT TO TELL ME WHEN ITS SO QUIK TO SELL ME THIS PRODUCT!! PEOPLE OUT THERE BE CARFULL DONT GET CONNED LIKE I DID!!!
