I phoned CellC on the 2nd of January to cancel my GETit service as i never used it and was a money i could be saving, the lady that helped me then said i would receive a confirmation email (never received). Today i phoned to query why i was debited for the GEtit services and Juan said he would inform the accounts department and they would get back to me today... nothing again, i phoned again and came through to Juan again, i was told he has sent the email and wasnt sure why i was contacted...(very good service Juan)... now who do i contact now to fix this and get my money back as i have cancelled this??? I use CellC for all my business, my internet, my calls, my networking and sms, the service from CellC is always on top form but im afraid iv been let down
