I have not received any feedback from Cell C except that they have noted my query and that a "Sipho" will be in contact with me.
I went into a Cell C shop to cancel my contract with them, I even got a letter confirming that the account was indeed cancelled, this letter was signed by Jenive Petersen on the 3rd of May 2013.
What I do not understand is why you are still billing me and why you have not updated your records.
If I drive to a Cell C shop to cancel a contract and further contact your call centre speak to someone who refers me to another person, call that person to get a letter confirming that the account is cancelled, paid up and inactive. does that not show you just how much I want the contract cancelled?
I do not want to have a contract with you and I do not want to be billed by you. I do not want a "way forward" I just want that contract cancelled and confirmation sent to me!
