Cell C can you please get Get it to refund my money.
I recently received a call from the Get it call centre selling some sort of discount stuff.
The agent told me i have been selected for that day and if i don't take the promotional offer that day then i will never be able to get that offer as its part of Cell C.
I decided to take it but 2 days later i phoned in for them to cancel.
The end of the month came and then i was charged the subscription fee and a cancellation fee.
This is a rip off, i mean 2 days later i cancel and you still charge me, i didnt even make use of this service.
Cell C please get your promotional GETIT people to refund my money because i have left a message on the GetIT website but they dont reply or get back to me.
