Amazing that CellC flights a campaine to challenge your service provider on costs if they cant get their own accounting deparftments in order. I complained about CellC illegally dedusting amounts from my bill for the GETIT service since last year. After my fisrt Hellopeter complaint I eventually received a call from CellC (This was a month after I submitted the complaint) saying they have spoken with GETIT and that I will be reimbursed my moneys paid since I cancelled the subscription last year. The next month however there was another GETIT deduction. I emailed Sipho Sithole from CellC but received no response. This month at last I received a refund but ONLY FOR 1 MONTH. THEY OWE ME FOR 7 MONTHS. Come on must I reaaly now take this up with the law???
