An agent from Cellc getit called me about having getit and I told him that I would have to speak to my husband first and then get back to him about activation, I did not want it but I was letting him down nicely, but he went ahead without my permission and activated it.
money has been taken twice from from my account even after I told them I did not want it and never wanted it and it should be cancelled. I called so many times about getting a refund but I was told they would get back to me, a manager would call me but they never did.it has been cancelled finally but still have not been refunded or any phone call from them, I personally feel offended that they could just activate things without your consent and take your hard earned money, to me this is day light and I want my money back.
