JUST ANOTHER VICTIM OF CELL!!!

I` am very disgusted to find out that my airtime has just vanished! I spoke to Vodacom and they referred me to Smartcall... I have a top up 135 at Vodacom and this month on the 3rd of November I checked my balance and I had R10!! I didn`t make a single call up to then!!

my airtime started to disappear since a while ago, but this is too much! I haven`t received any ringtones or anything... I would like to have some kind of refund or compensation for the air time that Smartcall took from me. I really want something done about my situation.. I suppose I will just have to accept that they me... I obviously need to make phone calls and I`ve been unable to do so since halfway through last month! I have to warn everybody to be suspicious of cellular via Vodacom Mtn Cellc and all of them! why should this happen to me or anybody else! also watch out for their beneficiaries like all the cellphone ads on tv Smartcall should be checked out and prosecuted for their daylight of innocent unaware people! shame on them! what can I do, just complain, who likes to complain? I hate it it makes me negative and depressed if I complain! shame on them! may `s wrath rain down on them!!
