I upgraded my cellphone Saturday to the new blackberry Q10, i paid for the upgrade and the new sim which was R213, i was told that my free bbm service will start the 1st of Dec, when i add everything on to the phone as i should i saw i have bbm and was thinking i can use it as i already paid for the BIS service R59 rand, i started sending bbm's and could not understand why my airtime is going so quickly as im only sending bbm's, when i called 111 i spoke to a lady could not remember her name, she said that im using data and for every bbm im going to send i will pay R2, i was never informed this when i did the upgrade i must not use the old bbm. i am with vodacom for how many years and feel i want to end all the contracts i have on my name. not one month i did not pay my account. this is really unexceptable and im very unhappy, where is my BIS sevice i paid for the month of November. because i cant send bbm or use the internet service for my emails, i switch the phone off and have no cellphone at all.i cant use a blackberry and i must pay twice for the service i already paid.
