We had money deducted by MTN on behalf of SMARTCALL for a service called MOBTHUMBS which we never subscribed to.
After putting a huge sticker on our cars saying you are we received a refund for the last month.
MTN and SMARTCALL ignored us until we did this.
We have since requested you inform us of any such deductions for the last two years.
You have not called as promised nor have you even responded.
Call me or the stickers go onto our cars again.
plus for the hassle you have given me I will be expected the same value free airtime as what you on behalf SMARTCALL.
Kindly don't insult me with the excuses you make, I don't care what ever... you have no right to my money-period.
Declare here if you receive any benefit from SMARTCALL for the deductions you do on their behalf.
You our money, you wasted my time sorting this out.
I am not going away on this matter.
