Smartcall Technology Solutions is deducting my airtime for a subscription i never subscribed to. When i called to find out how this was a possible their call center agents were very rude their names are Cathrine Tsako & Yvonne Tsako, they actually hung the phone up on me.i would like to know how its possible for them to just my airtime like that.i was informed that they are a content distribution company of some sort but i have never received any content from these people. I would like people to be aware of this and query any airtime discrepancies with their cellular network providers.i am 100% sure i am not the only person who has had this company from him.
