After 6 months... i have woken up to a reality that i have been by so called Subscription Services/Self Generated Content. I called MTN to find out why my cellphone bill is so high and i was told that i have subscribed to SMARTCALL!!! What is SMARTCALL??? i asked and i was told is some company which send whatever and when u agree to terms & conditions you are hooked... I don't even know when and how did i subscribe!!! Then MTN gave me their number and when i called the so called consultant didn't evn know how to discribe SMARTCALL she kept on saying i have subscribed!!! I asked for the prove and they said they will send it to me... i never signed anything nor did i get a mail letting me know or making me aware that i subscribed to this SMARTCALL... i never even recieved their statement even once...

I went back to my statements from MTN and since November 2012 i have paid R2946.72 and what a shock!!! Who authorised them to deduct my money i dont know!?!?!!? What a nerve these people have!!! I had never heard of SMARTCALL in my life and the first time i know about them is when i am almost R3000 in the negative... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
