I write this post to complain against vodacom cellular network. This morning, I watched a video for 2 - 4 minutes... I had R19.04 on my phone now my airtime is on R.0.00. I find this very strange shame. Meaning we are being charged ridiculous amounts that we as paying customers are not even aware of. Here I am I thought that if one is using vodacom BIS, the services will be cheaper... Clearly I was wrong. We seriously are being ripped off our hard earned money... I call it DAY . I am really disturbed by all of this...

I called the vodacom customer care & I was told there's nothing they can do about it. I'm kindly asking icasa to really look into this matter as we are being cheated by this service provider. I feel its been happening for many years.
Are we really charged R19.00 just to watch a video for 2 minutes??? Is watching a video more expensive than to make calls at pick time???
