I've been struggling to use my full blackberry internet services for the past year now. I have been calling mtn call centre and have been told different things by different agents. I cannot download anything. It gives me an error everytime and my network is very slow. I'm on contract and I'm basically paying for nothing. When I call I get told to change my settings with the tecnical support. I call tech support and they tell me my settings are fine and I must change to bis lite and call 808. I was then told there's no such thing. I have no desire for an upgrade with mtn anymore as I will yet be paying for bad services. I would rather for other services in future as I'm due for an upgrade soon
