Phone put down 3 times in my face without help

Good day all
today i have formated my android cell phone and tried calling 3 times to 8ta support for internet settings.
! st thing i notice is once again it says my account is in a suspended status when i call in and is imediatly transfered to people who cannot help me. 3 times was the phone put down before i could get an answer. my signal was full i checked i had my headset in each time. None of them could help me. 1st of all im in IT and a software developer so please dont try to bs me with nonsense. i asked for internet settings and the manual vpn settings and not sent settings because i have said in the past i do not get them. I still sms'd my imee number as well as what they asked for to 185. i got nothing. 3 operators said they would send the settings it never happened. So if you want the best service call 8ta and yes they will be telkom mobile soon which in my opinion is a even more of a up.

8ta start pulling up your socks and call me back and please for once listen to me and give me what i want and not what you think i want. If i ask for manual settings to put it in myself then give me that step by step.

my cell phone is a sony experia arc S not a LTE phone.
