I have been without Blackberry Services since Wednesday 8 May, the call centre agents keep telling me to reboot, change setting & they reset things, but to date nothing is working. I contacted the call centre on saturday the 11 May & the one agent informed me that there was some network change happening (something about cellc to Virgin). No other agent in the previous calls told me that, I have looked at my statement and no correspondence has been sent about this. The one agent told me when I said from Wednesday the 8th. He said oh, that's not long!!! I am paying for a services I am not getting & the agent on saturday told me he definately can't give me a turn around time. This is rediculous & I need to know what's happening & I am definately not paying for this service.
