I have made also phone calls to the call centre, each time getting a different reason for the error which I am getting when connecting to the internet via my iPad. I sent mails to the call centre. During 1 call I was told to change sim cards for my own cost. Then also change APN settings from "internet" to "mymtn" ans I still get a MTN-SA E message and am then unable to connect to the internet. I have been told that the call centre can do nothing to solf my problem but I must still pay monthly for no service. What more must I do?!
