No satisfactory after sales service

I upgraded to an iphone during March/April 2013 which included a data bundle. I have no data bundle & a battery that has to be recharged twice during a 24 hour period. My calls to Autopage Pretoria have been frustrating. No assistance and/or the proprietor does not return calls.
My previous experience with the same dealer, was appalling. I handed my Nokia phone in for attention (it was during the 2 year guarantee period), after 4 months my unit was returned to me (it was supposedly water damaged?). I was advised that there costs incurred in repairing same, which costs Mr Wajar generously undertook to pay himself. needless to say, the unit never worked again, from the time it was returned to me. I I want a phone I can rely on (without the fear that the battery would be dead) and no high bills, as I do not use my phone for my business/work
