Vodacom
Charged for goods not received and not required

I am dissatisfied with the manner in which Vodacom tried to sell me a router. I was telephonically contacted in October 2013 to have a router sold to me. It was supposed to be delivered to me within 5 working days. However the product never reached me nor was I informed of what the delay was. I was also never given a reference number for the agreement. I was then contacted on 19 November 2013 for the same sale which I clearly stated I did not want the product anymore and then again in December where I stated the same that I did not want the product any longer. I was sent a sms on 23 December 2013 saying I would be billed for the product which I clearly said I didn't want from November. I have called the center three times since 23 December and have two separate reference numbers for this case, on three different occasions agents have dropped the calls on me, so much for being a call centre. The agents say they will call me back but they never do as well. I have been charged an activation fee and I DON'T WANT THE PRODUCT. I am disgusted with Vodacom and their pathetic service I have received for a product I don't want, nor have in my possession. I am going to move service providers.
