SMS received from Vodacom 06/09/2013: Your upgrade quote 7982537 was reversed, and contract term reset back to 23/11/2013.
On the same day - Your migration request from Smart S to Top up 200 will be processed on 30/09/2013.
Today is 01 October and i am still on the Smart S contract. I was on the phone with Vodacom the whole day only to receive another sms saying: Your migration request from Smart S to Top up 200 will be processed on 31/10/2013...??? So are they just going to change the date every month??? I just feel that this was not the arrangement and that i am paying for services that i don't have (i don't even have a new phone). The reason for cancelling the upgrade was because i wanted to keep an old number. One of the consultants explained that the contract needed to expire, then only can i take out a new contract with the number of my choice.
I just want my contract to be changed to the original Top up 200???
