Escalated Fault ref: ARS 236966 - still no service

Fault ref: ARS 236966 has not been tended to.
A Telkom repairman worked on the main line outside my house during lunch, on Wednesday 6 November 2013

He has disconnected our business voice & ADSL line and left my business without a voice or data line 012-348 9435.
The fault was reported to Telkom & the line was reconnected on Thursday 7 Nov about noon - but the line has been DISCONNECTED AGAIN at noon on Friday 8 Nov!!

When I phone 012-348 9435 from a mobile phone, there is a disconnected dialling tone.
When you lift the receiver of the hook, there is just a static background noise (severed line) no dialling or other tones
Please send the Telkom repairman to reconnect my phone & ADSL cable
