VODACOM IS UTTERLY PATHETIC

I HANDED MY BLACKBERRY IN AGAIN, NOTE THIS WAS THE 8TH TIME, I PHONED ALMOST EVERYDAY TO FOLLOW UP ON THE PROGRESS OF THE PHONE AS I PAY THE CONTRACT EVERY MONTH WITHOUT FAIL, SO IN ACTUAL FACT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NOT USED, I WENT TO VODACOM WESTGATE TODAY AS I PHONED AND THEY INFORMED ME MY PHONE WAS THERE, WHEN I GOT THERE ALL OF A SUDDEN I HAVE TO PAY R 461. FOR THE REPAIR, I WAS NEVER CONTACTED FOR A QOUTE AND I SURE AS DID NOT GIVE CONSENT FOR THE REPAIR TO BE DONE AT THE COST OF R 461, THEY ARE NOW REFUSING TO GIVE MY PHONE BACK, THEY HAVE TO CONTACT THE TECHNICIAN THAT WORKED ON MY PHONE AND FIND OUT WHY HE DIDNT QOUTE ME OR WHO ACCEPTED THE QOUTE, NO ACCEPTED THE THE DAMM QOUTE AS I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHOM THE PHONE BELONGS TO AND I PAY THE DAMM CONTRACT EVERY MONTH, I AM SO FED UP WITH VODACOM AT THIS POINT, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ANGRY AND TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT BY A SERVICE PROVIDER, WHO THE DOES VODACOM THINK THEY ARE, THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE AND THEY DONT GIVE A DAMM HOW THEY DO IT, I TOLD THE CONSULTANT THAT I WOULD BE BACK AS THE TECHNICIAN IS CONVENIENTLY NOT IN RIGHT NOW, EVEN THE MANAGER IS NOT SURE ON WHAT TO DO!!!
