NO Adsl Instalation after 3 Appointment dates

I applied for an ADSL 2mb Uncapped line, the said they will install n the 8/11/2013, then they phoned and said they will install on the 6/11/2013, then the found a cable problem and fixed it the same day and said the adsl line will be installed the 7/11/2013 then gets changed without notifing me to the 8/11/2013 again, the said they will phone before they come, when i phoned the claimed i was not at home whilst i had to take unpaid leave for 3 days
