It is amazing to see the lengths companies would go through to our hard earned pennies. I bought my son a cell c starter pack for his phone and after it was rica he started receiving sms on his phone saying that he was entered into some sort of draw and after that they took money from his airtime. We phoned cell c customer service and we told by the consultant that there is a company called dreamcall that runs a competition by sms and for every draw they charge us R1.50. I asked the consultant to block these sms and was told they could not do this. I Feel if cell c is aware of this company doing this why don't they do something about it. I can just imagine how other innocent customers this company must have robbed. I threw my cell c sim card away and will not b using the cell c network again. I would advise other customers on the cell c network to be aware of this company and take the matter up with cell c.
