I have a 3G internet bundle contract with Vodacom expiring net year Feb, I also have an Ipad with a seperate 3G contract, recently when trying to connect to the internet using either device, I am either unable to or it is so slow, eventually timing out. I even went and bought a wifi modem in the hope that it will have better connection, but that also didn't work. I am therefore paying a large service fee to Vodacom for a service - am unable to use!
What will they do about this problem?
