Hello MTN, so last week friday i got the broadband lite bundle for R299 which seems great value for money, but the connection is so slow i cannot do much internet wise, facebook takes 5-10 min to open, this is honestly pathetic. Do you guys cap your customers from day one?
Please can you resolve this or cancel this contract now as i am not happy with the service at all. I understand that at 3GB your speed slows down but really, speeds of 384KBps from day one is shocking, that is a 1MB ADSL connection.
