I was phoned by a from mobi moola told me that they will take the money off the R249 from the R500 if I requested money from them of which I did not. Now they have been debitting my account & the amount keeps on changing and results me in paying bank charges to the bank. Then I also tried the pin which was invalid. I've been trying to cancel everything with them but am still waiting, This seems like a and I would like to know who or where to report them as they're misleading people and should be closed down. I was also phoned by Chantal Hendricks who told me it should take up to 72 hours for them to pull a report and get back to me that was Monday, its now Friday. I have sent them emails cause when I phone I wait forever and don't get through to them and so far nothing. This is digusting how they get away with this...
