PREPAID TO CONTRACT, UNAUTHORIZED!

On Thursday the 31st October my BIS suddenly disappeared. Upon enquiry with MTN I was told my number was reflecting as a Top Up 50 contract with Nashua Mobile, strange since I am on Prepaid. Upon contacting Nashua, I was referred to a RMCS department with Jet & Edgars Stores.
Friday the 1st November, at RMCS I spoke with a Sibongile on 0112622699, took my details and promised to revert back within 24 to 48 hrs which never happened. Reference number 1311012567619 was supplied.
Saturday the 2nd, I received R50.00 Airtime plus 25 SMSes, presumably part of the "CONTRACT".
Monday the 4th I followed up, same Sibongile then referred me to another department where I was promised they would cancel the 'CONTRACT" and MTN would transfer it back to Prepaid within 24 hrs. Upon my asking how this 'AIRTIME' of Saturday would be paid for, she told me they would debit my Edgars account, yet another unauthotized transaction. As we speak I am sitting with a phone I cant find pleasure in owning. No BIS, APPS not working, no e-mails ect. Internet fees are too much at the moment, something that never was a problem prior to all this nonsense.
Today, the 5th no answer upon phoning RMCS. Please help.
