NO Authorisation to convert from prepaid to contra

12/11/13:19:39 I received an sms stating that my conversion has been completed...? Thereafter @23:03 I received another sms welcoming me to a vodacom and my number 0726850331 is now a top up 49s, I did not sign or agree in getting or changing my number to a contract, I then called VC cust care to find out why did my bis and bb apps are not working and the agent advised me that my number is now a contract with RMCS and gave me a number 0860332244 (not a free call and I don't have and edgars or jet acc) to speak to them about changing me back to prepaid. I called RMCS and spoke to praise who assured me that they are having a lot of complaints about this and will send my info to the cancellations dept, after a good couple of hours I still haven't received any calls. I am of nw and going to take further actions with wendy knowler and the cpa. No 1 was given authorisation to convert my number and I must blady go threw the expense of calling a number which is not free. My phone is out off order which is used for on a daily basis. If this is not sorted out without me having to call then shame to Vodacom for loosing another long client.
