Since my line has finally been reactivated I needed to re-setup my voice mail! not impressed...
And now also had to re-register for my loyalty rewards and lost my previous balance.
Also requested on numerous occasions for the Call Center manager to call me - so no call!!!
How do I recover my cost of 15 20 minute calls and all the frustration?
