Pathetic Service!!!

I reactivated my service after moving address on the 27th March 2013. My details and address were updated I was asked to pay my normal fee of R170 within 24hrs.
Yesterday I noticed that my Star Plus channels had been disconnected. I called the call center on my cell expecting it to be a quick proccess and was told that my address had not been updated so I had to go through the entire process of updating all records at my cost for toptv's incompetence. I was then informed that I had been disconnected as there was a balance of R23 on my account but he could not explain why. I then asked to speak to his manager, Sibusiso who was also just as incompetant. This process took 22 minutes of my airtime and I asked for his manager to call me back. Finally I got a call back from a manager at toptv who was able to explain that the R23 was a prorata amount for March 27 till March 31. He gauranteed that once I made payment of the 23 and emailed proof to [Email Removed] I would be reactivated. I did so at 18h00 but was not reactivated last night. I called toptv again this morning and was told there was an email queue. I am still not reactivated! Guess thats why people prefer DSTV!!!
