For the 1st time since having Internet, I decided to download a video, in total it was 7 Gig. I have a 2 Gig cap and was informed that I have a bill of R3782.25 after these downloads. I was not informed that after the use of the 2 Gig that it moves to an open line that charges R1.75 per megabite apparently. I honestly can not believe this, I pay R150.00 for my 2Gig cap, how is possible that I have to pay an extra R3600.00 for an extra 5 Gig??? Surely I should have paid maximum R300.00 extra. Doesn't make sense. This is a lot of money???
I have requested my bill to see what they charge exactly and where the charges came in, because as per 2GIG-it is 7.5cents per MB, where they charge me R1.75 per MB on the open account. I am so unhappy and will be cancelling this contract and rather investigate other options with other providers.
People, please watch out for what they charge after your GIG.
