Has taken 4 months and hours on the phone between departments at Telkom to get a line that was never installed, but where the account was opened and billed, finally "cancelled" and the charges reversed.
However, the reversal has left a R14.99 outstanding balance. I have no doubt that the 45 minute call to start the process to reverse this, will cost me more in phone bills/wasted time/frustration than the actual balance.
