How do I get this done? ADSL Activation required

I would like to express my frustration with Telkom on getting my line activated for ADSL, I had the line installed on Friday and the technician advised i should just call 10210 to have the line activated for ADSL, I have made several calls to Telkom and was bounced around firstly no one could pick up my line then i needed to activated which i thought was done, I then got through to someone who advised that had completed it and i could now call Mweb to have the account setup, still nothing. I have been through to 2 Telkom stores now as well, and today I was told by the guy in the telkom store that he could see nothing and that he would put in an order to have it done but there would be additional costs. Please could someone assist me in having this setup so I can get online, I have done this in previous years and it was done in a day. I am lost and would just like someone who can assist me in getting this sorted out.
The line installed is 011 465-6962 my order number is 71265785A .
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CAPABLE HELP?
