I took out a contract with MTN in December of 2012. From the get go there were some issues with the porting and the BIS services. Around the 14th I get an SMS to say that My airtime has come through, I check, it says R0. I loeave it for a day and check again R0. I have called numerous time and even went into the Tygervalley branch to log a billing query, so far nobody has got back to me. I Eventually gave up. This month I received the airtime, made one call and used the internet on the phone, I am now down to R6 airtime. Would somebody at MTN
please tell me what the I am being billed for??? I have not once received any warning from the phone that I am using my BIS out of bundle or service and that I will be charged.
I am not ignorant, streaming videos for instance will use airtime I get that but I have not streamed anything. When my airtime is depleted I visit the exact same sites with R0 airtime and it works fine. I am on my way back to you Tygervalley branch to cause a scene.
Please respond or else I will cancel the contract and take legal action against you for failing to provide a service under a contractual agreement.
