Bad internet signal all of a sudden

Hi,

In October 2013 my internet contract with 8ta was suppose to have ended. i decided to extend this contract as i was happy with 8ta internet for the past 2 years.
now for the past month or so the internet signal gets so bad you really cant even open a website after trying continously after a long time, then you finally get to the website, you press another link and problem occurs again and you start the process all over again. i try moving around with the hope to get better signal but nothing helps.

Please improve the signal strengh as this is nonsense. if i had known this, i would have thought twice about extending this contract. as sometimes its impossible do do anything on the net and you waste money as i pay every month for the internet but cant use it properly and further more its a waste of my time trying and trying again.
