We have a data contract with cell c for 2gig of data a month. We have only used possible a third every month of this since with the contract. This is not due to not wanting to use it but because our signal is so poor it has taken three attempts for about 25min now to do this email. When we do eventually get signal it can show that we have full signal but we get time outs on most web pages because it takes so long to download. We have filled in docs at a branch in carnival mall to improve this months ago and still no change. We have called into the call centre and the response is, " well that is the signal cell c sends out so live with it". We are charged every month for the 2gigs but cant use it. Shows that our money is great but when it comes to their side of the contract then hey dont complain, this is what you must accept.
