Cancelled BIS registration

Yesterday afternoon I realized that I'm not receiving any emails, BBM's or whatapps when I checked my phone the EDGE was off. Did a diagnostic test on my phone and saw that my BIS registration is off. When I phoned the call center they informed that they know that it was cancelled but cannot do anything about it. How does this happen??? If I loaded my BIS less than a month ago how does it get cancelled without informing me? My partner sent money to my phone and that is now somewhere in the virtual world... lost. This is not on at all!!!
