I loaded few in August 500MB of Ad-Hoc data on Autopage Self Service portal. Now in september seeing that I fall short on data I want to add another 250MB. Login to the portal this morning and I see on the Ad-Hoc data webpage that MyMeg500 have a status of Active and Change status says "Change Request Pending". First of all there is no way of selecting again 500MB. So i opt for the 250MB as there is only 5 days left in this month. Selected the 250MB and now there are 2 (250MB and 500MB) that shows active. So i decided to give the call center a call to confirm why this is showing on their website. The call center lady kept telling me that her system is showing only one, and I kept telling her that THEIR website portal shows them both active. Going back and forth on this she became so rude and said that I should leave it and let the system update. It's been 30days after I added the 500MB and THEIR system still haven't updated. Autopage is not known for any customer service. I'm planning now 22month after my last debacle about an upgrade to move my account to Vodacom. Thanks Autopage, you lost a 15 year customer.
